Cow Patty Bingo rules and regulations for 2024:

Date: Sept. 28, 2024
Starts at 1:30 p.m.

Ends no later than 3:30 p.m.
1. Persons must be 18 or older to purchase a ticket.
2. Ticket holder does not need to be present on Sept. 28 to win.
3. The Grand Prize will be 50% of the tickets sold up to a maximum of $500. Ticket holder is responsible for all associated fees or taxes.
4. Tickets will be sold until 1:25 p.m. on the day of the event or until tickets are sold out.
5. Tickets will sell for $10 each. There will be a maximum of 200 tickets sold. Tickets will be numbered from 1 to 200. This Means War Against Breast Cancer will randomly draw grid numbers for each purchased ticket. This grid will be used to assign the ticket holder a square on the field. The master grid will be available for viewing at the event.
6. The field grid area will be marked with all squares being of equal shape and size, and the area will be enclosed by a protective barrier or fence. Spectators and ticket holders must not interfere with the progress of the event or bother the cow. NOTE: If the judge rules that a ticket holder has unfairly interfered with the event or the cow, then the holder’s ticket may be deemed “disqualified” and become an “unsold” square.
7. On or after 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 28, a cow will be led into the field grid area by an appropriate handler and let free to roam within the area until a cow patty lands on a square inside the grid. At this time, the judge (who is not allowed to participate in the raffle) will determine the results and announce a winner. In the event that the cow patty lands in more than one square, the prize money will be awarded to the ticket holder of the square that contains the greater amount of cow patty, as determined by the judge. The winning square/ticket holder will receive the Grand Prize.
8. All unsold squares will be deemed the property of This Means War Against Breast Cancer. If the cow patty lands on a square that is determined to be an “unsold” square, the winning ticket holder will be determined by random drawing, which will consist of tickets numbered 1-200 to match the tickets sold and randomly selected by the judge. The Grand Prize will be evenly split between the winning ticket holder and This Means War Against Breast Cancer.
9. If no cow patty is produced by 3:30 p.m., the winner will be determined by a drawing, which will consist of tickets numbered 1-200 that match the tickets sold and randomly selected by the judge. Unsold squares are not eligible to win when there is a drawing.
10. The decision of the judge is FINAL.
